I am not asking for help. I despaired of that a long time ago. After my name and home address from Law Society records were printed in a book by the infamous "lawyer" with whom I refused to have lunch, along with the "helpful" tidbit that I lived in a large house alone with my children, I  made the dreary rounds of libel lawyers. I quickly discovered them to be bereft of courage, integrity and compassion. When Law Society personnel included me in their vendetta against my family, I paid good money that should have gone to my children to the small stable of lawyers who will take such cases in an attempt to get a just hearing, only to be double-crossed, with one laudable exception who for his own protection I shall not name, by the very people I was paying to protect me. Any point in lodging a complaint?  As soon as I verbally gave notice of my intention to resign, they trumped up yet another investigation so they could continue to torture me and loot the family finances more.

Unlike the people who have expended great efforts to choreograph a villain drama to frame my mother, my brother and myself so they could loot the firm's trust account to support their own luxurious lifestyles, I have for the most part not used individual names in this tale.  Some crimes are so monstrous that you can only forgive them. The point of writing about these people's sordid deeds is to seek improvement for the human race and its institutions for the future. I do not want the Law Society of Upper Canada, which currently has the slogan, "Let Right Prevail!", to remain the Lawless Society of Upper Kanada with the slogan "Let Might Prevail!"

I DO ask that the regulatory structure that grants the LSUC the powers of a medieval guild be replaced by something more fitting for a modern, democratic country. If that happens, our family travails will not have been in vain.

This website has been up for a long time. It is sad that nobody has asked to see the documentary record.
